How we collect our data…
People Places utilizes the Foster Focus electronic records system to collect data on individuals served by our programs. People Places also collects satisfaction surveys from clients and Teaching Parents to assess social validity of agency programs. For survey data, We have contracted with QuestionPro, an independent research firm, to field our confidential survey responses. Data from Foster Focus and Question Pro is summarized and analyzed on a quarterly basis to assess progress toward program goals and areas in need of improvement. Consumer satisfaction surveys are additionally provided on an ongoing basis to collaborating professionals such as Department of Social Services staff upon case closures.
